1. Two new Evason Hideaways to open in Thailand this year

The Evason experience will soon be available on the Thai island of Koh Samui, and at Pranburi ・Hua Hin. Sila Evason Hideaway & Spa on Koh Samui will have 66 uniquely designed villas, most with private infinity-edge swimming pools. All the villas will be two-storey with a sundeck. Opening June 2004.  The new Evason Hideaway Hua Hin will feature 55 pool villas on a tract of beachfront land. Each villa will feature its own private pool, outdoor bathtub and shower in a landscaped garden. Opening October 2004.

2. The Evason brand of luxury takes hold in Vietnam

The Evason Hideaway experience will also soon be available in Ninh Van Bay, in Vietnam. Evason Hideaway at Ana Mandara  opens in November 2004. The Hideaway  will feature 53 villas many with its own infinity edged pool, outdoor bathtub and a shower in a landscaped garden.  Some villas are over-water, while several are nestled in the bay痴 rock formations. A Six Senses Spa features a natural waterfall.

3. Six Senses Spa to open in India痴 most luxurious Hotel

The Imperial Hotel in New Delhi has selected Six Senses Spa to open a one-of-a-kind spa to compliment the Hotel痴 luxurious accommodation. The spa will be located in the garden grounds and will include eleven treatment rooms. A specially designed suite will be available for traditional wedding preparations.

4. Just kids! Where children are always welcome

The Evason Resort theme of intelligent luxury means the whole family enjoys the holiday, and this is made possible by Just Kids!, the best children痴 club in Thailand. Stimulating and educational activities are planned throughout the day, catering to children between the ages of 4 ・12. The Clubhouse at Evason Hua Hin Resort & Spa and Evason Phuket Resort & Spa is staffed by trained childcare workers who plan a range of activities including cooking classes, sports games, theatre and painting.

Geoffrey Bennun is the new General Manager of Sila Evason Hideaway & Spa at Samui.

Christopher Oakes has been appointed General Manager of the Evason Hua Hin Resort & Spa.

TJ Grundl-Hong, has taken up the position of Area General Manager ・Evason Resorts & Hideaways in Vietnam.

Maria Anna Grueter, is the new Resident Manager of Ana Mandara Resort & Spa in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Pamela de la Balce has been appointed to the Six Senses Spas・team as Spa Sales and Marketing Manager.

Andrew Gibson is the new Managing Director of Six Senses Spas.

6. Discover Phi Phi Island ・a fantastic day trip from the Evason Phuket Resort & Spa

If you池e visiting Phuket then a day trip to the Phi Phi Islands is a must. And what better way to visit these scenic Islands than to take a trip from the Evason Phuket Resort & Spa. A speedboat picks you up from the resorts・private pier at 9.30 in the morning and returns you at 3.30 in the afternoon. During those 6 hours, you discover fantastic landscapes, snorkel in front of Maya Bay, enjoy a lunch at Tonsai Bay and relax and sunbathe at Money Beach.

7. Cooking classes

Take a culinary journey with Evason Phuket痴 Executive Chef, Michael Poutawa. Two days each week the chefs of the Evason Phuket are on hand to help you cook your own exotic meal. You get the chance to sit down between each course and sample your creations. Imagine whipping up a Tom Yam Goong (spicy prawn soup) or a Tam Tang Poo (spicy cucumber salad with salted crab). The classes include your personal chef, ingredients, recipe booklet and a glass or two of wine to accompany each dish.
